Microsoft word password help!!!?

Does anyone know of a FREE program that can allow me to remove the password of my own ms word document. I don't think it is illegal as long as the document is my own. If it is, please let me know so I know not to do it.

well y is there a password on it in the 1st place ? no these is not program that i know of that can do that.
