I say vet ASAP if not sooner! It sounds dangerously like parvo symptoms. If this was the pups first shot, then they may not have had enough maternal antibodies to protect them and the vaccine hadn't had a chance to work yet. They may have picked up parvo at the vet's office.

If the puppy was given the shots today then that could be a side effect possibly. But if its been a few days then she or he needs to go to the vet. You should at least call your vet and ask if maybe she is having a reaction to a vaccine. If the pup isn't eating or drinking then it could be something more serious. If the pup was exposed to parvo before the shots were given then the shot would be ineffective, and your pup need to be in the hospital if he has parvo. Bloody stools and vomiting are the exact signs or parvo, which will be deadly if not kept hydrated by an I.V from the vet

Take the puppy to the vet. Sometimes shots can lower their immune system and make them more susceptible to viruses, such as Parvo....we just cared for a litter of puppies with Parvo, it is a sad virus that ended up killing 4 of the 6 pups....thankfully we had two survive....but it was awful....go to the Vet's ASAP!!

Sounds like a mix of ring and tape worms. Be careful puppies can pass ring worms to humans. Make sure to clean up after him and then wash your hands carefully. If you can get him to a vet next week then do it and I promise that a deworming treatment won't be too expensive. However, if you haven't already gotten him his first parvo vac then you will need to do so and it will bring the cost up a little more. If the pup gets worse before next week take him to the vet immediately.

Shots rarely make a puppy ill...however he could have picked something up from another dog at the vet/shot clinic. Your puppy could have parvo or corona.
Always make sure that you do not let your puppy on the floor at the vet, shot clinic, pet store, or any other place frequented by other dogs, until they have had ALL their puppy shots and had time for full immunity to take effect.
