You can politely ask her something like this "Hey there, you drink beers alot huh, sweetie?" If she say "yeah", that means she has a beer belly.

I just wouldn't recommend doing it within arms distance. Why would you want to do something like that? Ask someone else if they know.

you look amazing what have you done new? (even if she looks like sh**) then she's supposed to say Oh I'm pregnant or i gained a couple of pounds. If this fails then idk.
