He's (G.W.B.) serving his second and last term...
at least that's what the US Constitution says.
From what I know the US President may only serve 2 terms...
unless they made some recent changes that I am not aware of. LOL In that case I may have to move out... hehe
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Here's more INFO:
The president is elected indirectly through the United States Electoral College to a 4-year term, with a limit of 2 terms imposed by the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution, ratified in 1951.
The current president is George W. Bush, inaugurated on January 20, 2001 to a first term and on January 20, 2005 to a second. His term expires at noon on January 20, 2009, after which he will be replaced by the winner of the 2008 presidential election.

presidents can only serve two consecutive terms. he id done that is why he is so cocky and doesn't care.
But the Republicans will be voted out on election day. I say there will not be a Republican in the white house after election day.
unless by voted out you mean impeached by congress for all the crooked things that are afoot under his administration.

Perhaps you have just awakened from a coma? It is now 2007, and President Bush is in his second term. He cannot run for a third term. Perhaps you simply meant would a Democrat win in 2008? Too soon to tell.

No way Jose! He's on his second term. He can't run again, so there's no way he can be "voted out". The time for that has long since passed!

You have got to be kidding, he can only serve 2 terms anyway. He won't get voted out he'll step down, unless an act of God strikes him and knocks him to his knees in that case he will crawl or slither out.
