DO NOT WEIGH YOURSELF!!! i dont ever, especially on fat days!!! It just makes you feel worse when you dont see what you want to. dress in something that makes you feel confident and happy, eat whatever you want that day going back to a healthy routine the next day. dont worry about calories, what other people think or hiding yourself away. Stand tall and make yourself think you are confident. It works believe me. remember also everyone is beautiful, and if other people see you as fat (and this is the same for you looking at others) then thats just shallow! remember its whats on the instead that counts (cheesy cliche I know but it IS true) xxx

I think everyone has them! The best thing to do is to try and distract yourself from it; focusing on it is just going to make you feel worse. Hang out with friends, watch a great movie, or something of the sort. Avoid things that will make you body concious like swimming. Sorry you're having an 'I feel fat' day, good luck getting through it!

Oh yeah! I have those days.
I usually wear loose-fitting clothes to work and I'll stay an extra 1/2 hour or 45 minutes at the gym.

I keep at least one or two great outfits in my closet that are guaranteed to boost my mood and make me look good. Find something to wear that fits loose. There is nothing worse than trying to squeeze into something that feels too tight. It is like a constant reminder. I also drink lots of water with lemon to cleanse my system. You can also buy detox tea at any grocery or health food store. It helps rid your system of things that are making you feel bloated.

Definently! I get them all the time! You're not alone=] I usually just eat healthy that day and do something productive! Don't sit around staring at the computer screen!! Go outside, do something! Eat lots of fruits and vegetables... trust me it makes you feel soooooooo much better!!

yes I have those where I feel bloated and jiggly. I just try to wear something non-binding and it goes away. It can usually be attributed to period-related water retention or constipation.
