You've done it before. It's not like this is new--so you'd know better than anyone what you do in level 1 and 2 and what you need to practice. What stretching is most beneficial.

You said you had to stop before due to injuries. Where? What? How will that not stop you again? Do you have any sort of trainer that helped your recovery after your injuries? Because you need to be concerned about reinjury to that same area. It isn't new anymore and needs extra stretching, extra care not to hurt it again.

You will already be able to make friends b/c you will be excelling in the class as you already know it all. As long as you dont *ACT* like a know it all and brag about how good you are, people will be naturally drawn to you. Offer a lil bit of help to some people in the class in a modest way--don't tell them they are doing it wrong or act like the teacher but give a lil help.

You are outgoing so you should be able to talk to people and be friendly. I understand not liking being new but...you have to deal with it. After all you will move up fast b/c you will be able to master the principles easily since you've already done it. Just be calm and accept this. Yes you have to start all over again--but there is a good reason for it. You did get injured. So go slow and practice thinking about your injury. If it was a shoulder injury, think about how your shoulder should be in each remedial action so that you perfect your technique--best way not to get hurt again!

It wont be long. Don't worry about it.
