Processed carbs have a tendency to make you want to eat more. Unfortunately processed carbs are all over the place. eat a hearty healthy breakfast and try to avoid the sugar and bread while you are out with your friends. No one said staying thin was going to be easy.

i am in the same exact situation as you, and last night i had 3 slices of pizza, baskin robbins icecream, half a bagel with cream cheese from dunkin donuts, and a bunch of cheese and other stuff. not too healthy, and i bulked up after summer started because of hanging out with friends (and they're skinny and always want to eat except they dont gain anything) how about we both start a diet plan, in which we avoid junk/fast food until a specific day, and eat whole-grains, veggies, fruits, and normally exercise? it would really help if i had someone else to compete with =p
oh and a way to get on track is to just have the willpower to say no, and believe in yourself. put up a picture of your body when you lost weight on your wall and say to yourself: this is how i want to look like. i will do it, i will look like this. and anytime you have that urge of picking up that slice of pizza or whatever it is, remind yourself. would you rather have a few minutes of that wonderful taste that will soon disappear, or would you rather have a lifetime of being that beautiful skinny self that you are? i think i would go with the 2nd option. =) good luck

Try and eat a healthy diet, 5 small meals spread throughout the day composed of portioned amounts of lean protein, whole grains or other low glycemic index carbs, a piece of fruit ortwo a day, and plenty of vegetables.
Do the Above 6 days a week but on Saturdays, allow your self a free day and make, where you can have as much of whatever foods you like, and schedule dates involving going out to eat with friends on Saturdays.

Make sure you eat a healthy breakfast and healthy lunch, so you aren't tempted to go crazy with junk food at night or when with friends. People who eat breakfast eat an average of 300 FEWER calories throughout the rest of the day.
So, get plenty of fiber and protein for lunch and breakfast - oatmeal with fruit, healthy cereal like shredded wheat, etc. For lunch, get some high-fiber veggies (the more colorful the better) and some low-fat protein like fish or skinless chicken.

You should eat a healthy meal at home before you go out with your friends. That way you will have a full tummy and it will be a lot easier to resist the junk food.

Well you're eating not only a lot... but a lot of unhealthy stuff, it doesn't matter what your friends are eating you have to worry and care about yourself plus if they see you eating healthy stuff around them you probably will make them wanna do the same so it will help them also... eat if your hungry but the key is to eatgood things, you can even eat every 2-3hrs and if it's healthy it wont harm you...

if your friends eat junk, chances are you will, too. try carrying your own snacks wherever you go. have one piece of pizza or one bite of cookie. hard, I know only too well. tell your friends that you want to lose weight and keep it off and you need their help. some of the others might join you losing weight.

I understand your question, but I don't know why you're asking it, as you already seem to know the answer. DONT EAT SO DARN MUCH! Its simple; show a little self control, and don't eat like a pig, or you'll turn into one.

What a stupid immature element for him to do! do you opt for to pass out with a stupid, immature guy? in simple terms via fact he's over her now - would not advise he's gained any brains or adulthood. RUN!!!

Um, let's think about this...eating more fat, more often, like a pig, would possibly = weight gain. Go back to what you were doing before.
