Technically signing anyone else's name is a Forgery, but to have Forgery you need to have an intent to defraud.

But, either way, just sign your own name and be done with it.

Yours because you are receiving the item for the other party and the pharmacy has to show who actually got the medication.

The few times I've done it, it's usually been for me to initial something. I ask them which name/initials they want, they've always told me my own....
