Make garlic cheese bread!
1 ball of mozzerella cheese
1 loaf of french bread (the kind they bake daily at the store)
1 cup of grated parmesean cheese
1 stick of butter
2 cloves of garlic
Some pizza sauce
1. Preheat the oven to 425.
2. Shred the parmesean cheese.
3. Cut the loaf of bread in half the long way.
4. Soften the butter in the microwave in a small bowl. Dont melt it though.
5. Peel, then chop the garlic into small bits.
6. Mix the garlic with the butter and then spread it onto the bread.
7. Cover both halves of the bread with the mozerella.
8. Cover both halves of the bread with the parmesean.
9. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes (once the cheese has melted) then turn on the Broiler and broil for about a minute or to to brown the cheese a little.
Let it cool to the touch, then slice and dip in pizza sauce!

Quick and Easy chicken Crepes!
INGREDIENTS: Premade crepes or tortilla wraps; roasted chicken from the deli at the market; cream or chicken soup ( can also use cream of potato or cream of mushroom); fresh eggs; 2 or 3 fresh lemons.
Remove skin from chicken, take the meat off the bone and cut meat into bite sized pices. Heat soup with about one-half can of milk in large saucepan ( you can substitute white wine for the milk if desired). Add the chicken and mix well. Heat thoroughly. Take one crepe (or wrap) and place on a flat surface. Fill with chicken mixture (just like you would fill a burrito) and carefully roll up. (again...just like a burrito). Place on serving plate. For the sauce separate 2 eggs (this will be enough for 2 servings) reserving the yolks. Mix the yolks with about 3 teaspoons of lemon juice and a dash of salt. Whisk thoroughly. Pour over finished filled crepes (sauce is optional but really yummy)

Well depends on what you like.
i found one called Super Easy Manicotti....
take Manicotti tubes, cook them.
Then drain them.
Unwrap string cheese and slide them in the tubes
place in an oven safe dish, 350 degress for 30 minutes, and put the sauce on before you put it in the oven.
Take it out add some frenchbread, and a vegi or salad.
It was a hit at my brothers girlfriends house. My kids, husband, and my two friends loved it!
