Yes, those are just small parts of the lining you are shedding. (Oh boy, the fun we girls get to experience)! But they are normal.

Clumps are just clots and yes, they're normal. Wormlike? never heard of that. Maybe you should get checked for worms (some can get into your system and grow pretty much anywhere...so why not the uterus?). Also, if they're bigger than normal, you could be miscarrying or hemorrhaging, so see a doctor!

.. hmmm i dont think so its normal my dear girl. i panicked when i firsssttt got thick darkkkk blood in clumps. but it was purely red. just vry dark. but it was nothing. just normal heavy flow. urs is black n wormlike.. you should consult a doctor and be quick!

yes it is normal

your body is just passing small blood clots , if they become very large call your doctor right away

its just clots-a clumpy part of the uterine lining,which is shed thru menstruation.completely normal.

Those are blood clots and all women get them.
