First off, I am NOT sexually active. I am a virgin. I have never fingered or been fingered. I have never had or given oral sex. Basically, I have never done anything more sexual than kissing. But a few days ago I found a strange sore on my labia. Its kind of like a pimple or a cyst and is very irritated. It burns when I urinate and kind of itches every other time. What could it be? And should I see if it goes away in the next few days and then go to a doctor, or make an appointment right away?

I had a problem like this a couple of weeks ago. Mine was a boil. Basically, if that is what you have, you must have cut yourself, even with a washcloth, or with something else, and it got infected. You should see the doctor. It might have to be drained. That is if that is what you have.

If it looks like a pimple it probably is. Give it a couple of days before seeing the doc.

It's probably an abscess of some sort. Warm "sitz" baths and/or warm packs should bring it to a head where maybe you can manipulate it yourself. It's probably more of an aggravation than a serious condition.
