I suppose you could but the fried chicken would get overcooked while you were baking the muffuns..yuckkkkk..not a good thing!!
I think you would need a really big muffin tin too so you could hold the batter and chicken while they were baking.
Quite a bit of fuss for a batch of bran muffins wouldn't you say?
