It isn't that i am not willing to work it is a matter of not being allowed to work. my scholarship program does not like us to work more than 20 hours and in order for me to meet the required credit hours this semester i would have to work graveyard. i go to school from 9-3 on MWF and 1-9 TH with small 1 or two hour breaks here and there. If you've ever been in college you understand that 18 hours of honors courses doesn't leave much room for anything but coffee and homework. i am more than willing to work i'm just out of ideas. help please?!?

Here's what I would do in that situation, I would get my roommates together and say let's pool our resources and instead of renting space to occupy while we're in school, let's buy a house, live in it for a little while and then sell at a profit.
Of course, this will depend on a few factors, including what's available of campus, if you and your roommates can qualify for a mortgage and if you guys look for the right house at the right price in the right neighborhood.
Well, as stated, that's what I would do.
Buy young, sell high.
Do not use your credit at this age to get credit cards for material goods, use the credit wisely to grow your income. Heck, grad school might pay for itself if you go this route.

Well Ms. Crazy,
You have to do something legal so it is going to take time and $. Otherwise the options are illegal and nasty. You think flipping a house isn't time consuming? Wake up little crazy dreamer..... making money takes time and smarts and money. The real estate market in California is horrible, so most flipping is over and now people are just trying to stay afloat with their 100% financed homes that are now at 120% loans. There is a very very old professions that take little time and very little energy, that can make you lots of $..... alas it is still illegal. Sorry. Use your college education and work.

Flipping a house involves
1. Being able to find and purchase one for this you will need an income and credit
2. Finding one that need work or improvements and being able to do those improvements
Sorry if you are in college, have no job, have no credit rating you will not even get to the first point, purchasing a house.
