There's no real direct translation like mentioned above. If you're from a ghetto or the ghetto you're from "un barrio pobre" (a poor neighborhood). Insulting someone with the equivalent of "you're so ghetto" might prove complicated cause people use different slang words depending on what country you're from (mexico, columbia, chili etc) cubans would say "tu lo que eres un CHUSMA chico" or "Chusmon"

Ghetto means barrio pobre, but if you're saying 'You're so ghetto' you can say 'como eres naco'.
