In this case, you have two different kinds of terms: You have two numbers with variables (a) and one without.

So you can add up the numbers with variables, but you can't include the number without.

11a + 14a + 26 = 25a + 26.

All of this is in your textbook.

ok first you need to use your distributive property to make the eqation: 7x-7y-10x-20y from there you ... combine like words making it appear like this (7x-10x) and (7y-20y) (-3x) -(-13y) is your answer!!
