I have a have severe body rash due to the clindamycin given after dental surgery under general athensthetic .Dr gave me presnisolone and told me to take telfast but I am scared to take it in case I have an allergic reaction to that as well.
I am also allergic to the antibiotic Keflex but can take some other antibiotics. I am just wondering if it could be I am allergic to an ingedient in these medicines like magnesium sulfate , which is in the telfast also and why I am scared to take it in case of anaphalytic shock or something.

It sounds like you are allergic to spore based antibiotics. Ask the doctor for one that does not contain spores, such as Cypro or Zitromax.

Telfast is an antihistamine ie. It calms down the allergic reaction you're body is having. Therefore it is highly unlikely that you could be allergic to it. It is completely different to the antibiotics you were allergic to.
