Decided to go with Polk Audio SR6500 Components for the doors. According to Crutchfield they wont fit? The MOMO series 6.5's will fit. The difference is 5/8 in diameter. The MOMO's are 5", and the SR series are 5 5/8". I guess I could take the door panels off to measure, but I figured it couldnt hurt to ask here first. Thanks.

I don't know the exact diameter of the opening, but I can say that I've fitted quite a few of these with Rockford speakers that have a 5 1/2" diameter and a 3" mounting depth. I doubt that the extra 1/8" between the Rockford and the MOMO speakers will cause you any serious problems. At worst, you might have to do a little work with a file.

I'm assuming you have a regular cab. If it were a an extended or crew cab the SR6500s will fit in the rear doors because of their larger cutout diameter. But the fronts can only fit up to a 5-3/8" cut out diameter speaker.

Hope that helps!

i admire do it yourselfers. You human beings supply me a lot of robust artwork on the dealership. All i will declare is save up the good artwork. We get exhilaration from your loss of understanding what your doing. My wager is to procure 2 clowns who haven't any theory what they're doing, the two get an identical 2 clowns to undo what they did or tow it to the dealership or restoration save & have them restoration it
