how could a specific organic gas chemical composition be recreated arificially?

let's just say I need to recreate the smell of a very expensive parfume??I know about artificial "noses" doing spectral analisys but after they tell you waht is the composition what? How difficult and expensive it would be to recreate that composition in 5ml bottle for example?

Very, you would have to identify it, try to synthesise it and then purify it.
