Be happy working at Toyota. Owned the house too short a time to turn it around especially with brand new ones still available. Give it at least until all new homes are sold and then try your Realtor again.

I can definitely relate to what you're going through! 2 mos. ago I bought my current home & my old house has been on the market since Feb. 2007. Thankfully, just last week, I finally have a buyer.
It's frustrating & you want your home to sell quickly & for a good selling price. It's a buyer's market, sellers have the worst end of deal. The economy is rough right now, so buyers are being more cautious especially when taking on an investment like buying a house.
I can't stress it enough that unfortunately with selling a house, patience & the final sale price of your home will be the 2 things that will stress you out before all is said & done.
Price comparisons in your area will help you know if the price you've listed your house to sell is appropriate or maybe too high. If the price your selling your house is too high, try dropping the price, that is if you can afford to do this. If you have a mortgage that you have to pay off with the sale of your house, then that could be a deciding factor on what profit you hope to make off the sale of your home.
Communication between the realtor & the seller are pivitol when selling a home. Do you hear from your realtor on a regular basis or are you the one always doing all the calling? You have to feel confident & comfortable with your realtor, if you don't, then I'd highly suggest looking for another one, especially if you feel he or she isn't doing a good job.
Spread the word that you're selling your house on your own. Getting the word out to those that you know, whether it be via online, email, snail mail, free ads, etc., let everyone know that you're selling your house. It might help bring in leads to your realtor on someone who might not even know your house is for sale.
Do you have pictures of your house posted online or on your realtor's website if they have one? A video tour of the house that you're selling is another useful tool that can be all that it takes for an interested buyer to see what a great house your house would be for them.
I wish you the best of luck & hope my suggestions help.

There really isn't enough information here to answer the question, but here is what I think.

How is your house priced compared to the others in the neighborhood? How do the amenities match up? What is your realtor saying about the price?

How are you marketing the house? 80% of home buyers start their search on the internet, so hopefully you have a great visual tour or pictures that accentuate the positive.

Are you taking steps to make sure your house is better than the others in your neighborhood? You may want to offer some incentives to buyers, ask your Realtor if other houses in your neighborhood and price range are offering incentives and what they are.

I love San Antonio!

Good luck to you.

San Antonio has a large military population. The military likes to move families in the summer months, so that's when the market really takes off. Most families like to move in the summer because the kids are out of school. I would at least give your realtor until the end of the summer because he/she is probably doing all they can do to sell your home.

I would ask my realitor to do a market analysis to see how my house compares to the others in my area and the other houses on the market.

You need to make your house more appealing than the others. One good way to do that is to do some landscaping outside that the others may not have. Give your walls a fresh coat of paint, and fix any problems the house might have. And of course, make sure you're asking a fair price.

90 days is not bad. How are you priced compared to the others? If you want to seel first you need to compete with them.

You did not mention anything about your agent, so it is hard to say if they are at fault.
