you could get in-vetro fertilization. It is expensive, but some insurance will cover some of the costs. It is where the doctor plants a fertilized egg into your uterus. It is one of your eggs and it is fertilized by your spouse, so it is biologically yours.
(and if your asking if you can get pregnant when you don't want to after getting your tubes tied, then yes, it has been known to happen, but VERY rarely)

Heres one for you under the anything can happen category....I had this friend whos tubes were cut, tied and burned and she still got pregnant! But you should have a reversal done....these are always things we should thing about ahead of time and not regret our choices later..

Your tubal ligation probably makes pregnancy VERY UNLIKELY, but perhaps not absolutely impossible.
If you are interested in attempting to undo the tubal ligation - consult your Doctor, some will say it's impossible, but some others may give you some slight hope.
Basically you should consider pregnancy Near impossible, but perhaps not Absolutely impossible.
