In reality they work together more than the extremes like to admit. Politics has ALWAYS been personal. No one liked Alexander Hamilton. Polarization is not new either...the constitutional convention was full of it.
Most of what is said and the actions of the extreme right and left is for show. they are just pushing limits like little kids do,nothing more. It is the moderates of the country that make most of the policies

No! Conservatives have core moral and fiscal foundations for their political standing. Conservatives believe in America and preserving this great country and its freedoms for future generations. Liberals feel they have the best answers for the problems they make everyone believe they have. Liberals stifle happiness so people feel the need to depend on them for everything. Conservatives have a moral responsibility not to give in to the emotionally rampant perspectives of liberals and liberals have to much hatred for Bush to consider the future of this country.

Not in the current political climate.
Keep voting out the ones who refuse to do so.
Alternate parties are a good start.

do no longer see how its conceivable particularly. i think of the two are had to maintain the different in examine and help preclude abuse , yet as a conservative, I foundly blieve in government staying the hell out of my way, a small government that on a non-biased way that the two eliminates obsticles from the way of any citizen ambitious to make a residing or organisation for themselves to stay the yankee dream. i think of todays politicians are pathetically corrupt, are too invested in preserving thier seat as a occupation politican instead of gaining expertise of instructions from a real existence and activity then employing it to the regulation of the land. i've got faith in a balanced and constrained volume of charity and help to the fewer priviledged yet no longer the prospective liberal 'open hand' theory the place they shop elevating taxes to have the skill to hand out further and extra funds. From what i've got seen in California, Democrats and liberals ought to learn restraint and accountability. you won't be able to maintain fleecing the electorate merely so which you would be able to pay your self, pay your friends and shell out funds to every person you think of by ability of your lose standards, deserve it.there is not any longer sufficient funds for that. The conflict on poverty is a great occasion of a liberal theory, some $10 trillion later and there hasn't been any important differences interior the demographics of poverty. Its 2 warring ideologies and regardless of the reality that conservatism has been the driving rigidity for us to prosper and be efficient, there are needs of the fewer fortunate that choose constrained quantities of liberal hand outs to help in making ends meet. the place liberalism fails is they do no longer hardship to chop up the surely needy from the lazy or no longer worth.

YES.
What must happen?
Get rid of the extreme left and the extreme right that DRIVE the selection process so we can have candidates that represent the majority of us.
Then the process can go forward and working out the details becomes possible.

Not in the current political climate. If a conservative says the sky is blue, a liberal will say it is green. That's just the way things are these days.

In the current system, NEVER! We have to get rid of primary elections, because they force us to choose from 1 person from each party!
