I see alot of intellgent people in this section, so why is no one answering my questions?

Ok, i'll admit not everyone knows their stuff who's in this area, but come on, help a girl out ! I've gotta test today!

they are all in the astronomy & space section

1. I understand that it takes time
2. At the time this question was posted there were no responses, hence the reason for asking this question, to generate answers, it worked.
3. Y!A is based on the freedom to participate, nowhere did anyone expect anyone to "drop everything" to answer my questions, i simply pointed out that the not so intelligent questions were being answered, while mine were being ignored

Unfortunately your assessment assumes there is a good educator involved who has the ability to explain complex ideas to his students, i do not have the luxury of having just such an educator, hence the reason for asking questions on Y!A, thank you for wasting my time

Intelligent people... if there were any they wouldn't bother asking or answering questions on here.. as you may have seen you only got few answers in your previous questions.. and some of the people here don't even seem to understand your question.. if there were intelligent people here they would quit this Yahoo anwers within few days of becoming a member.. as I have seen in philisophy and other sections here.. the best answers are mostly choosen based upon the questioner's state of mind..it's all about people's perspective.. even though that may not be the best answer in a logical sense.. this statement may seem offensive to other people but this is the truth.... I'm not a intelligent person otherwise I wouldn't be here in the first place..

Well 3 things:

1- answering some of those questions does take time.
2- I have not seen one of your question that has not gotten at least one answer already
3- most of the people answering have a life to live; you cannot expect them to drop everything else just because you have a question

Given that you describe yourself as brutally honest, I feel you should be able to appreciate this.

In my case, it's because, as a teacher, I strongly believe that a student will learn more by finding out the answers to their questions themselves, through their textbooks, library and internet research, than by asking others to spoon feed the answers to them.

the reason peole dont answer is because they dont want to write long answers complicated answers and sometimes they see eisier questions first
