I think you meant to ask, "What is this in 12-hour time?" because the time you gave is already in military time. In 12-hour time it is 8:09:11 PM. (The :11 refers to the seconds). In military time, if the hour is larger than 12, the time is P.M. To figure out the hour, subtract the number from 12 so 20-12 = 8 PM. Add in the :09 for the minutes and :11 for the seconds, and voila, you get 8:09:11 PM!
