True. But it's still a trivially small number when compared to the number of 'conducting' and 'non-conducting' states that all of the neurons in our brain are capable of assuming. That is to say, the number of states our brain can assume is billions of orders of magnitude larger than the number of atoms in the Universe ☺

You must understand that they are many scales at which you can look at things. In the case you are expressing, you can see that the world is made of so many particles. Yet if you could look at the scale of the electrons, you will see that matter is in fact a vibration of specific energy, that in turn is made into cord and that finally it becomes down to an energy state... So we are all made of energy that vibrates in our dimension... We are all the same and unique thing, WE are part of the universe in itself, we are forming only ONE!!
