It appears that benzo[a]pyrene is the most mutagenic and carcinogenic PAH. The 16 most toxic PAH's are referenced to BaP with TEF, toxicity equivalent factors. Here's a bunch of stuff,

Sure. 21-Methylcholanthrene. The point is what does "poisonous" mean? If you lace your partner's martini with either, it will take him decades to die. It will be from cancer, or maybe he just "won't get it." He may survive you. A lot of hype has gone into saying that polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB's) are the most "toxic" substances known, yet no one can cite a person who has ever died from them. Russians tried to poison a presidential candidate in Ukraine with PCB's. To this day, years afterward, his face looks awful, but he's okay. If you really want to poison some one, potassium cyanide or hydrogen sulfide is the way to go.
