All she likes to do is flirt with all the guys and expect me to do her work cause I am a guy. I already told her that her pus powers have no control over me cause im gay but come on, get off your @ss already. Should I say something to the manager?

I do not do her work anymore, I stopped after 2 weeks or so. It just sits there and customer complain and it all goes back to her regardless because I take care of my things. O and I do work, when I am off Yahoo Answers..lol

Well, you haven't exactly started in the most tactful way ... it's going to be difficult to rescue any kind of relationship if you really said what you did. Plus if you say something to the manager she'll probably repeat back what you said to her and then the whole thing escalates into sexual harrassment. A spot of engaging brain before opening mouth would come in useful next time.

Best thing I can suggest is that you contrive a situation - not knowing what your respective jobs are it's hard to say what - when you have a legitimate reason to be elsewhere for a while and the workload falls on your co-worker; then hope that the boss notices. But it's possible that by turning up the heat in the way you have, you've started a game in which she's going to take a certain pleasure in winding you up ...

Seems I go along with the general consensus with this one. I've been in an office environment for 25 years now & I can tell you, going over her head to the boss can really backfire - on you. Talk to her again - in a grown-up, mature fashion, please - & let her know you won't be carrying her any longer. The boss will notice when stuff starts to lag behind. By the way, are you doing YA on your break?! lol She may think she can take off to flirt if you're on YA all afternoon...... : ) Stop doing her work & really mean it, okay? She'll either mess up soon enough or get her act together & do her work!! Good Luck!

p.s. - love the line about "pus powers"!

you had your danger to handle it and you dropped the ball...you would be able to desire to stand those issues, head on. on the subsequent assembly, whilst this bozo makes yet another outrageous suggestion, arise and make your voice be heard. do no longer take a seat in the returned and await somebody else to assert something like a scared little rabbit. coach some capability and others will know you for it. and remember, continuously be expert.

No dont snitch, you should just simply not do her work! Don't do it and if the boss approaches you as to whats going on just tell him. More than likely the boss will realize its her thats not doing the work.

Unless you want to keep working for her. Just stop doing her stuff and when your manager asks, tell them why it's not done

You need to go above her head (very secretively) and try to take care of the problem. Tell your boss everything.
