I have an interview tomorow for a gardening job. It's my first interview and i'm freaking out...
What should i say if i get asked what's my weakness?
Should I say
A. I'm a perfectionist. This drives me to spend alot of time on one small detail.
B. I'm an impatient person so I always try to find more efficient ways to complete my task.
C. I'm a shy person. I do not ask alot of questions when I need help, instead I strive to find my own solution.
D. When I am concentrated on my work, if someone comes and break my concentration I get off track. This makes me work hard and fast so that I finish before anyone disturbs me.

Also, should I wear heels or silver flats? Hair up or down?
I'm wearing a white collar shirt with black dress pants.

It's a summer gardening program where a group of students go around planting flowers in parks.
My hair is a few inches below my shoulders

Pick any of them, but answer them differently. Tell your solution before you tell your weakness. For example:

"A" could be rephrased as: "The weakness I work hardest at overcoming is that I tend to be a perfectionist. Occasionally, I have to remind myself not to spend to much time on one project."

This answers the question honestly, but shows your flaw as an asset and opportunity to improve, not as a liability.

For example, I'm a slob. I say something like "I need to work harder than most to stay organized."

When in doubt, Hair up. But I'm a guy with no shoe sense, so you're on your own (though flat shoes seem more appropriate for a gardening job).

You don't say whether you are female or male (no the silver flats or hairdo don't necessarily tell this these days), so I choose to assume you are female.
Why are these the questions you consider possibilities?
What sort of "gardening job" is this? If sales, don't respond with C. No matter the type, forget B. You're probably safer with A, but forget the second part of your answer. You can be a perfectionist and yet a people person who enjoys helping others.
No heels. Classic, preppie shoes. Hair like a professional.

For a gardening job they'll be more likely to be concerned with your physical ability to do the job rather than clever answers... whatever you do, don't say that your weakness is a bad back!

None of those answers are very good.. A sounds like you'd have one perfectly groomed shrub and an unmowed lawn, B is the best of the bunch but impatience is not a good trait for a person growing plants, C sounds like you'd waste time reinventing the wheel rather than asking for advice, and D makes you sound easily distractible and prone to rush your work.

How about something like E... you hate leaving a job half finished so tend to go late for your breaks and sometimes don't leave on time :)

For my weakness I use not being able to speak in front of large groups of people. This tends to be a fairly safe answer and most people can relate to it
As for flats or heels- It truly depends on what you are more comfortable in . You don't want to wear heels if they are more than an inch high and if you are not able to walk in them well.
For hair, how long is your hair? If real long, I would pull it back, if not then down. As long as your hairstyle isn't over done you'll be fine.
Best of Luck and let us know how your interview goes!!

I definately wouldn't say B C or D. Wear flats hair down.

Interviewers are wise to the perfectionist answer. I'd go with D.
Hair up (in my opinion)
No metallic colored shoes at the interview. Pumps should be fine.
