To lose a POUND a day, you would need to burn 3500 calories A DAY more than you expend a day. That would be very very very unhealthy and should, unless you are massively obese (which you are from from being) should not be attempted. Please! You can lose weight in a healthy way that will make you stronger (rapid weight loss will sap your strength and is not sustainable)

124lbs for a 5'4" woman is healthy! But, if you want to tone up I'd suggest a half hour of cardio a day coupled with some weight exercises and a healthy dose of ab exercises. If you sign up at a gym, they can get you on the right track.

I dont think this is the healthiest idea, but ways to help are to eat a less than your original calorie intake. In doing so, you are shrinking your stomach to take in less. Also drink a lot of water which will help you from snacking on chips or stuff. Make sure you do excerises everyday because this is what will turn your "fat" into muscle, and you WANT muscle!

Why on earth would you ever give yourself only 2 weeks to try to lose 14 lbs? Your expectations are completely out of the realm of reality and healthy weight loss. Portion control, eating the right foods, and exercising are the healthiest ways. Your calorie burn should exceed your calorie intake. Don't starve yourself as lack of food will only cause your body STOP losing weight - it will want to try to hold on to as many pounds as possible (<-- one of the reasons that so many people yo-yo in their weight).
Consult your doctor or dietician for healthy options and alternatives to your current diet plan.
Keep a food journal.

You don't want to lose a pound a day for 14 days straight. That's just unrealistic and unhealthy as well.

(Additional) I'd also like to concur with "tails" that your weight is very proportionate to your height. You are not over weight.
