One degree of arc = 60 minutes, so just multiply by 60 if you are using degrees. If you are using radians, multiply first by 90/2*pi to get degrees and then by 60.

A minute is 1/60 of a degree, and a second is 1/60 of a minute. Some calculators give you converstion buttons. They may look like this: ° → ' "

If you don't have one of these, you can convert an angle this way:
1) Take the decimal part of the angle measure (the whole number part will be the whole degrees, obviously)
2) Multiply by 60
3) Take the whole number part of the result. This is the number of minutes.
4) Repeat 1-3 to find seconds.

Angles are given in radians as well as degrees and minutes. There are 60 minutes in one degree, so assuming the angle is given in degrees, multiply by 60 to convert to minutes.
