The earth moves around the Sun, the Sun moves around the Milky Way center, the whole galaxy moves in theory escaping from the point where the big bang happened. It is possible to find the way to be without any of those movements in the outer space?
Sorry for my grammar I'm learning English.

No, due to inertia, things will always be in motion. (unless at absolute zero).

No.

Even if you managed to find the exact center of the universe and thereby made your movement relative to that ZERO, your individual molecules are in a constant state of motion. Additionally, the gravitational force of the whole of the universe would be pulling you, ever so slightly, in all directions away from the center.

First off, congrats on speaking(typing) better English than most people, who have spoken it all their lives.

Second, I don't think I have ever heard of a single source that states there is any place in the universe devoid of movement or gravity for that matter. The last word I heard was that the expansion of the universe is accelerating.

The universe is expanding at the speed of light.
It will maintain that speed until it goes out of existence.
Space out paces all matter so unless you could accelerate to the speed of light you will always be in motion in space.
Space does not expand,it is a quantum entity,it merely diminishes in density and eventually will go out of existence.

all movement is relative, according to any given object it is at rest, and everything else moves around it. There's no absolute reference frame.
