Sure. I don't see why not. They have satellite power, why not transmit the internet out into space, just another possible way for us to be contacted by elvis, space aliens, or god.

I think so. There have been E-mails sent from the International Space Station anyway. It is a wireless connection of course, but not your normal laptop wireless because that only works over short distances; like a few feet. There is a complex NASA network of satellites and antennae that are used to communicate with space craft, and they must have some kind of signal that allows astronauts on the ISS to get to the Internet.

Yes they can, but as previously said it's not direct connection, it's relayed through the earth base, which means no pr0n.
