Would that be lonely, depressing, exhausting?

It would be far out, man!

The conditions you describe are highly subjective. If you were the only person on board the craft (something not likely to happen in the foreseeable future), you would like experience loneliness, or possibly if you were the only member of your nationality aboard, say if you were the only American with two Russians aboard the ISS. Depressing, maybe, if you didn't want to be there, or had been away so long that you were homesick. Exhausting if you had a large work schedule, as most astronauts do.

I think most, overall, find it to be a thrilling, positive experience. Never heard of anyone who didn't want to go back!

It would be awesomely cool. And maybe all those others things you mentioned too, but mostly awesomely cool.

You would feel closer to God, but the government wouldn't want you to say that.
