it takes so long to look all of them up. is there an easier way?

Look them up in the yellow pages, they are usually listed and then just enter them in you address list on the PC

Contact your county's Association of REALTORS. The number should be listed in the white pages of the phone book under "X" County Association of REALTORS or something close to that. Some of them will sell their member's list to you for advertising purposes. Ask them if they do that. Our local office sells the list of about 350 agents for around $35.
