Just a side note...
you MAY NOT want to get a real estate license if your objective is to flip properties and be an investor. Getting a license makes you a sales person for others, and keeps you on the government radar, as folks with a license are held to a MUCH, MUCH, MUCH, MUCH higher standard in doing deals with the public, than if you don't have a license.
