More than you might think.
But not as many as they should have.
I was 20 years old when I read it thru the first time.

I've read through the NIV and the NASB versions. The best reason for this is that it helps me to understand the scriptures in context. It also helps me when I'm trying to talk with someone about the Bible, because I can then say, "oh yeah, I remember reading something about that" then I go into Biblegateway and do a search for the keyword and typically am able to find what I'm looking for.

Are atheists who have read the Bible in it's entirety allowed to answer your question? If so, then I have. Twice. It's sitting beside me at my desk, and I still use it as a source of reference.

I have not read the full Bible yet, probably only about 1/3 of it and that part is not starting from beginning to end...
I have read the Book of Mormon 3 times from cover to cover and probably a couple more in studies on particular topics or areas while pondering the meaning.

I have.
Oh, I admit, I sort of slide through the "begats"...and Numbers is interminably boring...
Nor do I claim to understand everything I have read.
But I have read it through, (yes, even those pesky begats, and even Numbers, at least once), and try to do it at least once a year.
EDIT: Although I don't speak Greek or Hebrew, I know enough to realize that the Bible was not written in English, nor from our modern point of view.
I have also read some "apocryphal" texts, and some of them have been quite interesting.

I know a lot who have read it in its entirety and who have studied it as well. I haven't yet, but I'm getting there.

In the united states, almost none. Oh, sure, many will claim to have read it, often multiple times. However, people who read the bible in english are deluding themselves into thinking that they understand it. Unless people read the original, they understand nothing, which is pretty much the christian way.

I have been a Christian for about 8 years...I unfortunately have not read it in it's full. Though I am attempting to now...I have a long way to go. Does it matter?
