Is there a known disorder where a person cannot tell a deliberate lie?

If there is such a disorder -- an uncontrollable urge to speak the truth -- does it have a name? I'd like to research this topic further, but need a starting place.....

Some autistics can't lie. http://www.autism.org/lying.html
Or, others refuse to deliberatly lie. However, some autistic children can lie.

You must have watched "Liar Liar" last night!! Same hear, I've seen it before, one of Jim Carey's better movies.
