They are. Nobody is paying attention because the SOB stories are with the illegal immigrants who are being raided and their children left behind.
I wish the media would pay more attention to people who applied through the right channels and waited years to become LEGAL immigrants and waited years again to apply for citizenship. The hell with this free pass crap!

so so so true. it is so hard to go through the process legally and you are given NO help, not even a phone number to call if you have questions about filling out the paper work. i dont understand why the illegals get attention when the legals are working so hard to do the right thing. my fiance and i are going through the process now and honestly it would be easier to just come illegally and try to get amnesty. AND HE HAS A PHD!. he would be a great citizen but its been over 6 months and it could take longer just to get the process finished and then we have to wait years to get citizenship. i think the process should be easier for those people who are trying to do it the right way and have qualities that will help our society.

good question. you would expect the ones who went through the process which can be difficult, to be outraged at those who just give the efforts that they went through a middle finger and come in illegally only to get treated better than the legal ones do.

It is because most of them are stupid. the reason i say this is that some of the protesters that you see are the legal immigrants that think people are against them being here but don't understand that the problem is the illegal immigrants

Because Hispanics stick together and even if they are legal they probably have illegal relatives or friends. They wave their Mexican flags and it makes me want to throw up.
