if he acts noticeably different around you to how he acts around other girls. maybe if he pays you more attention. you could ask your girl friends what they think.

have you ever talked to him? if not, try passing him by and smile a bit (just like a light greeting, not an ear-to-ear grin, and not a nervous giggle) and see if he returns it.

if possible, find a reason to do something with him and see if he gets nervous around you. boys act funny near someone they like. chatty boys may turn quiet, and the other way around.

of course, there's always a chance that he'll ignore you although he likes you. cause he just wants to look cool.
in which case, try to get a male best friend flirt with you in front of him and see how he reacts.

I"m 13 too and idk what grade ur in but I'm in 8th so the boys in my grade like to show off and always like to touch you on in those places but like on your shoulder or arm or maybe your hand and they might talk to you inbetween classes or wait for you after school and walk you to your bus thats a sure fire sign!!!!!


7th grade boys are just mean to you and ignore you soemtimes they will hold open doors for you if they like you alot though
