Does anybody know what is going to replace the Sands in Atlantic City?

Went to Atlantic City over the weekend and noticed that the Sands is closed and that they are going to knock it down soon, What is going up there are they going to replace it with another casino. if so when will it open?

the sands was acquired by Pinnacle Entertainment on November 17, 2006. they have begun planning the new resort but have not given an official name to the new property yet.

construction is scheduled to begin next year and will take about 3 years to complete (around 2011).
