Put an ad in the news paper... you should start by asking maybe people you know... personally... I don't feel comfortable with letting strangers wlook after my son or my little sis. It's weird... some ppl share these feels... if you what to do babysitting as a career then do what we all do to get our jobs... be properly qualified.... if it's just for a couple hours... better to do it for ppl you know who are comfortable with you.

um no... i dont "do" babysitter often maybe 15 times in 11 years, but you would need the basics such as a GED, child youth, Y babysitting course and an ECE to watch my kids.
And be fine with a nanny cam in every room.

I would not get a babysitter off the net. ITs not the best or safest way to get a baby sitter.
