That is what my cat has been eating for over a year. He spent quite some time in the hospital for blockage and crystals. He has been great ever since then.

Yes, I use it now for my black cat. He has a kidney problem and sense he has been on it, I have seen an improvement. He eats the dry kind.

Yes...couldn not get my cat to eat the canned version but he loved the dry.

Its' a medical-based food, so it will solve the medical problem on hand, but it's a lousy QUALITY food. Only use it if your cat has the struvite crystals problem indicated in the above link.
