Nope, it definitely applies to all citizens of these great United States.

"Congress shall make no law... abridging the freedom of speech."

Right there in the Bill of Rights.

**To the poster below, are you saying you can name cases where a liberal congress or government representative made laws prohibiting the freedom of speech of American citizens? Please do provide the names of these cases. I'd love to see them.

Minuit man assembly comes to mind. Freedom of demonstration in San Fransisco with the Cross comes to mind.
The generals comment about gays come to mind.

These are all a American right to epxress yourself, yet day after day we find more violent censorship that the left forces on people that do not think like them.

I can name many many cases.

Freedom of speech applies to all Americans, even the 27% of Americans that still blindly follow Bush.

If you are referring to Don Imus, he has not lost the freedom of speech. He was not arrested or imprisoned or sanctioned in any way by the government.

If, to you, freedom of speech means that we are all entitled to a talk show in which sponsors pay us a large sum of money to express our views over the public airwaves, then please tell me where to sign up for mine.

Otherwise, shaddup.

this is another ignorant question. if you want to have a debate over facts, just make a real point so we can answer it...I can't answer a question this vague. Give examples or something...you cannot make a statement like this without clarification or facts....this is ambiguous and all your doing is giving a opinion...are you afraid to enter a normal conversation or do you not have any facts?

I support the Constitution above all else, Bible included, so your base attack is meaningless....

Nope, it applies to everyone. Ask your hero GWB. He's the one who has any protesters herded into pens a mile away from any of his appearances and anyone arrested that protests close enough for him to see.
