okay i am 170 pounds and i can bench 235 pnds , wich i think is really impressive considering my wieght. but still my chest is not as big as i want it!
this is my current chest work out.
vertical chest press 4 sets , dumbell flies 8 sets, free bench 3 sets. and i reapeat it 2 times , and i do this 4 times a week. is it possible that i am over doing it?

its all in your diet lean protein will help bulid musle .... also try doing 4 sets of 12 and only use dumbells on mon,wed,fri, push ups on tue and wed and max out on the bench one day on the week end .... you should do some chest exercises everyday you may not get the matthew mcconahay but you will have the best chest you can have which is all that matters....

You know, some people literally cannot get very big. I knew a guy that worked out like crazy, had a personal trainer, etc, but it was physically impossible for him to get really bulky. That is just how it is. However, I suggest you get a personal trainer if it is that important to you. Only a professional, who can evaluate your unique situation is going to be able to tell you what you can do to reach your feasible goals.
