Most do but not all. My army idenification card issued in 1943 shows my weight to be 160. This morning my weight was 160. Sure, I'm well up in age and can easily pile it on, but I won't. All it takes is pride, determination and self control.

Yes. It is because the metabolism gets slower as we age. We have to eat less and exercise more to keep the weight off.

Yep. This is primarily because they have slowed down and are doing less work, but have continued to eat as though they didn't.

unfortunatly, yes..
there is not much we can do about it..as we age, our bodies change..metabolism slows..etc..

not everyone gets "fat"..you will only get "fat" if you do not maintain a healthy lifestyle and eating habits..

Its nothing to worry about, trust me
