Multivitamins are very good for you. They give your body the nutrients it needs, so that it won't take it from bad foods or your muscles. Sometimes people have no effect with them, but many people drop pounds like crazy when they start. Just don't buy expensive stuff, stick with about $20 for 3 months or something. (Try Axis)
If you have a Pure Fitness in your area, try it. It is cheap and you get a free personal trainer once a month (2 for the first month) and they are really good. (You can try a week for free too)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Well what you are doing is great!!! But you you also need to make sure you are not eating in front of tv . Becuase if you eat infront of the tv you tend to eat more. Hope i helped Also you can do some hard workouts like cardio workout.

You might want to think about keeping a food journal of what you eat and how much you're eating. After a week, think about what healthier choices you could have made, and try to incorporate that in the next week's eating.

I have been doing the same thing! Its sorta working for me i have lost 16 pounds so far...but i have just been eating less and eating healthy...i excersize too...so i think you should just keep on doing that and see if it starts to work. it took me a while.
