Yeah yoga and meditative exercises are great...but i am similar to you and honestly i have never been able to settle down long enough for yoga! My mind is too busy and i would love to shut it off but i cant, i cant meditate! Whats works for me is long hot baths (light a bunch of candles, take your time, take long slow deep breaths and just pamper yourself for half an hour in the evening).

Also, i sometimes go to the gym but that has never really helped my stress levels, BUT...i jog in the mornings, very early, and the fresh air and the peace and quiet outside and the adrenaline rush all combined have seriously made it the most relaxing thing for me to do. I run all my stress out, then get back and shower and feel fab for the day. But it doesnt work in busy sweaty artificially lighted gyms running on the spot like a hamster!!

If your on the go a whole lot you might need to take a day off so you can just relax. You should make an appointment to get a message or try to go to a Yoga Class. Also try to sneak in a nap here and there. Good Luck and Best Wishes.

A healthy diet can help. Meditation, yoga and prayer can help.
Having less caffeine can help. Having a very comfortable bed
and getting a good night sleep is really good for stress. Maybe being a little less busy would help. Sometimes we fill
up our lives with too much stimulation on a regular basis and then it can be hard to calm down at the end of the day.
Surrounding yourself with whatever makes you feel at peace
with yourself can be helpful. Thinking happy thoughts about
life can help get rid of a lot of stress.

Nothing relieves stress faster then the Homeopathic remedy BRYONIA ALBA take it in 200 potency along with ARNICA MONTANA in 200 potency together just once a day first thing in the morning and if you are still feeling stressed in the evening just take BRYONIA before going to bed at least half an hour before or after eating anything and you will be feeling relaxed and energetic all day long. Nothing works like Homeopathy take my word for it. And totally without any side effects or complications.

Take Care and God Bless !

That's really great your are going to gym daily, keep going...You need to avoid Caffeine and Nicotine. Avoid, or at least reduce your consumption of, nicotine and all drinks containing caffeine and alcohol. Get more sleep and drink plenty of water. A research shows that sleep is more important than Gym or other physical activities. You should go to sleep early and walkup early in the morning, sleep should be around 6-7 hours. Talk to Someone. Write down those things who make you anxious and solve them.

Do one thing at one time it can reduce your stress and increase your work efficiency.

Yoga or tai chi are a good choice, but taking a long walk or a hot bath ,, also taking along weekend or an extra day off and pampering yourself every month. Don't forget to get out w/ friends too!

It sound stupid, but watch mindless TV; like cartoons, soaps, talk shows. basically anything light and fun that doesn't require you to think about life. Also, if you have the money, spend a long day at the spa. Start with a massage, then go to a mani/pedi and anything else inbetween.

No better to deal with stress than to make sure you're getting enough of the B vitamins!! Magnesium rich foods are good stress busters - bananas, watermelon, seafoods, dark green vegies, nuts and whole grains.

The B group of vitamins includes - B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12. A deficiency in B12 will produce sympoms of fatigue and exhaustion, migraines and headaches, irritability, moodiness, inability to concentrate, dizzyspells, nausea and vomiting, depression, palpitationsand chest pains, head and hand sweats andeven tinglingin theouter extremities of yourbody!! Not verynice hey!!

Go get yourself some really good quality multivitamin supplements with all the B vitamins included in it - B1, B2, B3, B5,B6 and B12. Dont buy them individually as they work best as a group. Don't buy synthetic vitamins as they are notoriously hard to digest (the cheap and nasty ones) Expect to pay around $30.00AUD.

Other symptoms of deficiency in them are B2(Riboflavin) deficiencies - sore lips and tongue, dry and cracking mouth and splitting skin around the fingernails and grainy and sandy feeling under the eyelids.

Foods rich in B2 - Whole grains, organ meats, eggs, peas, beans and lentils, nuts and blackstrap molasses (unsulphured). Sulphur is a preservative used in a lot of dried fruits and nuts and seeds, also coffee/tea, soft drinks/sodas and if you are allergic to it, it will cause digestive discomfort and even rashes.

B6 deficiency - A deficiency in this vitamin will also cause depression and stress related symptoms. B6 is essential for the production of the neurotransmitters serotonin and dopamine in the brain. You know the feel good drugs?? Natural ones of course!! Other symptoms of deficiency in B6 are constipation - the body needs B6 for the production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach and also the proper absorption of B12. Hence my advice not to buy them individually!!

When we are in stress situations the body uses more of the B vitamins and we need to adjust our diets accordingly. As they are a water soluble group of vitamins the body can neither store or produce them and we need to replace them on a daily basis. Obviously you've taken on a bit more lately and are experiencing the symptoms produced by inadequate vitamin intake!!....................One thing you could do immediately is to go have yourself a couple big glasses of milk/ milk alternative and feel your symptoms dissipate really quickly - no more than 2 hours!!.............Please try to take better care..............................:0)

PEACE

P.S. Sorry bout the length of this one, its jus that you really do need to know all this info if you're going to keep kicking goals at such hectic pace.........................:0)

GOOD HEALTH TO YOU
