uTorrent, its faster than Azureus although that one is a pretty good program too.

I have always used azureus, its easy to get, works well, and allows you to do some cool things like set priority on certain items if you need them before any others.
Just don't use the bittorrent program, its frustrating and hard to manage.

i use lime wire (limewire.com) and Ares (http://aresgalaxy.sourceforge.net/) .
