I am 14 y/o. i am extremely over weight. i would go out to excersise but i never have the time, and i cant eat healthy i am to adicted to junk food what should i do?

You'll never be healthy if you don't eat right and at least get mild exercise.
You've taken the first step, but there is a long way to go.
You have to make time for exercise, and fast paced walking is the best and safest form of exercise you can do for yourself right now. After walking at a fast paced for a reasonable distance at least once every two days you could add or switch to other exercises if you like, but I would stick with the walking because it's easy on your body.
Try and replace sweets with Nestles Quick added to skim-milk. Milk is highly nutritious, and while I would advise you to cut added sugar completely, at your age that could be tough, so the Nestles Quick is permissable.
If you still crave sweets try eating a bowl of cereal.
You will have to stop eating potato chips and stop drinkng soda pop to lose weight.
You want to drink Gatorade instead of soda pop and eat a little fruit at least every couple of days.
If you follow these tips I gaurantee you will lose a little weight.

Your 14 years old how busy can you really be?? done thinking about it?? Okay junk, yes it is good but too much and ya got yourself a big balloon butt not good no boys no social life yadda yadda okay my advice eat less,use smaller plates, drink water flavored even if you have to I would go with Fruit2O it has the least amount of sodium also try Kundalini Yoga it's great and it works Good luck I know it's hard to lose weight but if you really really want this you can and will be able to do this!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

i found the e book to be very informative and undemanding to study. i have misplaced 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm merely worried that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too right now. i am going to admit i have not said the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet mainly) and doing little or no workout, notwithstanding the burden keeps flying off. It obviously works and if i ought to said it precisely i imagine it ought to scare the residing daylights out of me using quantity that i ought to lose. Take it slowly
Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

U know what you have to do my dear.. U can't complain about not having enough time.. You just have to find time to exercise and lose weight. As for eating wise, you have to completely change your lifestyle.

seems like u have determined what ever u (yahoo answer) advice u are not going to give a try to reduce - ie the serious issue here -
what is ur present weight - height - how mus over weight are u??
and why u cannot find time to exercise.

all can advice u pages and give methods and methods - formula's and patented medicine to reduce
but here it is not the issue
- first make sure that u need to reduce
