How to extract email addresses from Outlook Express messages?

I am not asking exporting from contacts, but from messages which has "from" email address.

Extract means save ? If not, please clarify!

If you see "Add to Address Book" beside the sender's name, click it.

Repeat as needed.

Most of the Outlook Express error messages are due to problems with the internet connection, not the software on your computer.
