Bbaies are not allergic to their owm mother's milk in 99.99% of all cases. A mother's milk is made especially for their baby and has everything that baby needs.

im a new mom and I had the same question..and my aunt told me that when i go to my baby's 2nd month's appt. i should ask the doctor if my baby has any allergies to lactose from my breastmilk. apparently some babies are and they cry after theyre breastfeeded thats why the doctors make ur baby drink soymilk formula instea of breastmilk or regular formula....because that's lactose-freeand it suposely helps the baby with his tummy...thats all i know ...
